Returned to the hospitality industry by purchasing a Bank foreclosed Independent Motel Brookshire Inn and repositioned it.
2005
Jaivin Patel ventured outside of the Hospitality Industry to pursue other business opportunities.
2000
After of hard work and gaining knowledge and skill set Jaivin Patel was promoted to General Manager improved the RevPAR, ADR and Occupancy.
1998
Our President/CEO Jaivin Patel started his venture in the hospitality industry as a night auditor at a Motel 6 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
